Challenge

One of the most critical workflows in the JCLT CRM was enabling sales teams to identify, evaluate, and act on the highest-value leads. The existing experience relied on a fragmented, repetitive process that required users to navigate multiple screens, making it difficult to efficiently prioritize opportunities and increasing the risk that qualified candidates would be overlooked.

Approach

Following extensive user research, stakeholder interviews, and alignment on business and technical objectives, the workflow was reimagined to streamline lead discovery and evaluation:

  • Introduced a dashboard with glanceable widgets that surfaced key metrics, priorities, and quick access to high-impact records.
  • Designed a new search experience that delivered actionable results instantly, with enhanced filtering, saved searches, and improved personalization.
  • Integrated richer record details directly within the search workflow, enabling users to review, compare, and process multiple leads without leaving the experience.
  • Reduced unnecessary navigation and consolidated critical actions into a single, efficient workflow.

Result

The redesigned Leads workflow significantly improved the efficiency and usability of day-to-day sales operations. Users could process leads with fewer clicks, less context switching, and greater confidence, while accessing more relevant information through a cleaner, more intuitive interface.

Beyond improving a single workflow, the solution established a scalable interaction framework that was later adopted across other entity types within the CRM, creating a more consistent and cohesive user experience throughout the platform.
