I shadowed workflow reviews, translated task logic into dashboard states, and designed compact list patterns that balanced urgency, patient context, and team accountability.
Result
The new dashboard clarified daily priorities, reduced unnecessary navigation, and created a shared model for product, clinical, and engineering teams to discuss workflow improvements.
